Other things to note
- This home is located right off of N. Lake Blvd which can be busy, especially during the summer months. Please expect some road noise. There are air purifiers and portable fans in each bedroom that can help with white noise.
- The large back yard is not currently fenced in.
- No pets please
- With the exception of the King bedroom, the 2 queen bedrooms are on the smaller side and cannot accommodate pack & plays, air mattresses or floor sleeping.
- Like most in the Tahoe area, this home does not have air conditioning.
- This home does not have central heating, but the home can be sufficiently warmed with the gas fireplace, bathroom heaters and Dyson space heaters.
