I was not expecting this place to be this nice the pictures don’t do it justice. I had a great stay felt like I was home away from home. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean.

I’m sorry to say that our experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and we actually asked to be moved from our first room because of large stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The next day, we saw that they were cleaning the carpets in our original room. We couldn’t help but wonder why it took a guest complaint for this to happen. The stains were large and obvious and should have been addressed before the room was ever given to a guest. The carpet was in such poor condition that we didn’t even feel comfortable walking around the room without socks. Both rooms were in need of significant updating, especially considering the price point. We understand that the property is being sold and will reportedly be updated by the new ownership, which may explain its current condition. Unfortunately, that doesn’t change the experience for guests paying premium rates today. At one time, PlumpJack was the place to stay, which made this visit all the more disappointing. We left wishing we had chosen to stay elsewhere.

Let me start by saying the staff was great, everyone I met. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Really close to the lake and shopping strip mall and of course the casinos. Loved the water pressure and mini fridge. They had giving us a room where the carpet had huge stains. Went to the office to get another room, the front desk person, sorry forgot their names, showed me a few more, that still had stains but not as bad as the first one. I had chosen this property by the reviews, it was great but that's it.
