“Vincent was wonderful and took great care of us. We felt welcomed upon arrival and the room was very nice.
The traditional breakfast was fantastic and we have had it 100x before - they just do it better.
After check out, they let us hang and relax by the pool as we waited for our shuttle, not making us feel rushed at all - very hospitable the whole time!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Residensias Samara. We were at the beachfront location and our room was overlooking the ocean. The property is brand new and it was immaculate. Our room had a kitchenette and we were able to make our own breakfast and lunch and enjoy it on our balcony while watching the action on the beach. “Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach.
Private pool was very nice and overall good stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! ”

“Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects.
That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that……
