Maids neither cleaned, tidied, or made the bed in our room during a 2 night stay. No fresh towels. In room coffee and coffeemaker were the pitts. Queen bed placement only allowed entry from one side of the bed as one side was 6 inches off a wall and, obviously, had no night stand. Tv was worn out, with dull, faded lighting from overuse. All colors looked muddy.

We've stayed at the Graduate many time before. Our room not being ready at 4pm check-in was a little surprising. We were given vouchers to the Rock bar which was nice. Cold water faucet made a loud noise and vibration when turned. And we missed out on water cans/bottles in the fridge one day of our stay. After we left a note, it was there the following. Last night we had dogs barking for 2 hours which wasn't ideal. Valet was great. Hotel clean. Rock bar a highlight. Apps very tasty. We'd likely stay again, but with the premium pricing, you'd wouldn't expect any of the mentioned issues.

It was a beautiful historical property and breakfast was delicious. Outside of that there isn't much to do in St Johns.
