"We arrived during the Ionia fair. The lady behind the counter was rude. She told us the parking pass and whatever she said. She said it so fast we just looked at each other. We had a total of 3 rooms. Everything was rushed. Very rude."

"The check in clerk was fantastic! The breakfast could use better choices. If you're not there early, there really isn't anything to choose from. The room was ok clean but definitely needs updated. The floor in the bathroom was cracked and had putty filing in the holes. The tub had cracks and holes. ..."

"We were here with our 4 grandchildren. We had a great time, the house was clean, the beds comfortable. We did have a problem with the air-conditioning, which our host Michael called a professional and had it fixed for us that evening."

"This was our third stay, we visit when picking our kiddo up from Blue Lake Fine Arts camp. We had a nice walk downtown and love that a snack run is less than a block away at the gas station.
