"The views are spectacular. The place was an excellent choice for our getaway. The hot tub is right outside the master bedroom! They supplied firewood for the fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with all kids of useful tools. Overall we had a great time and look forward to our next visit."

"Perfect location near all the shops on Grand Ave. A short walk to the public beach area and marina. The patio that faces the river is beautiful and a great place to relax and have a meal. The unit had everything we needed and much more. Self check in was easy and hassle free. With four of us the unit was a bit tight but very doable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of the “necessary” items. The only thing that could use improvement is the stairs and ramp at the entry (was difficult to maneuver a walker on) and the entry hall could use some cleaning. The unit it self worked for the walker and it was clean and ready for us at check in. Thank you for having us. We will definitely be back again. "

"Great size for a stay for 2-4 ppl! Small walk to the marina and heart of things in Grand Lake, lovely river spot out back, and pretty comfy beds.Two small things - we had to call the manager (who was very responsive) bc the main lights didn't seem to be working. Turns out there is a certain specific way the switches have to be to turn on. Keep trying! The other thing was that by our check in morning, the trash bin outside was very full and it was hard to get our trash in there."
"Lovely location. We have stayed in these condos several times. It can be a bit warm in upstairs bedroom so you might use a fan. The kitchen is good. Need to look up how to dispose of trash. All and all we had a great time. We love Grand Lake. "
