"Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck. "

"We booked this cabin last minute and overall very happy with the stay. Services on the property ensure you would not have to leave. Dining is higher on the pay scale but quality matched the price. We stayed in the E2 cabin which was conjoined with another. They are smaller but adequate for two people and very clean. Grand Lake itself is a gem and we plan to return."

"Beautiful, tranquil place. Saw moose a couple of times during our 10 day stay. Close to town, Columbine Lake and literally feet away from RMNP. We enjoyed hiking, boating, fishing and visiting w/friends and family in this peaceful setting."

"Easy check-in process. The house was beautiful with picturesque views. It had plenty of space for our big family. It was very clean and in a great location! We especially enjoyed the patio with drinks and games during the day and a fire and smores at night. "
"This property is a mixed bag. First, it was VERY clean and the guys at the front desk were pleasant. The location at the top end of the main drag puts it in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. This is a very basic room, painted off white, no decorations except the shower curtain and a couple of mirrors. The only furniture in the room, other than the beds had three drawers, one of which was falling out of the unit, and room for a smaller TV (the TV in the room was too big to fit inside, so it sat on top). There is no closet, but rather a small shelf set in the corner with a clothes rod, which would have been sufficient for our three night stay, but one of the top anchors had pulled out of the wall, leaving the shelf hanging precariously. Finally, we found the mattresses too soft and aged. My smaller wife found herself pulled into my gravity well, and we both had to stretch out kinks each morning. Assuming the damage in this room is a one-off, I would stay here again at the right price, but I don't know that I'd pay $200 per night again."

"We had 3 couples in our 50's stay at Eagles Nest in Grand Lake. Everything was as advertised with the great view and all the amenities. Check in and out was easy and well done with a friendly and very accessible host. Place was clean and well maintained and in great location for RMNP and activities in town. We had a great trip at this VRBO rental."
