“The Cozy Acorn describes it well, it was so cozy! We had a great time playing at the lake all day and then coming back to the cabin to relax. It was furnished with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!”

“We came for rare opportunity for a Family Retreat with our son who is a Catholic monk. All we wanted was a silent internal and external setting. No other expectation. We were blessed with so much more. Most special was roomy space for conversation and prayer for all of us. We are all adults and though the basement rooms aren’t best for adults, it suited the simplicity we needed. We were blessed with walks on snow covered paths and hills and ice covered lake. A true retreat. ”
