They are rude, racist & unprofessional. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel in any country. I walked outside for a few minutes & called my partner. As I walked back in an Employee or man Grabbing my arm assuming i am an imposter at 1:30am as a woman alone with a hoody on I was scared startled & thought he was a drunk man trying to talk &!follow me while I was on the phone walking back to my room. No one would help or provide a name for a formal complaint to be made. No one helped resolve it rectify or apologize. They proceeded to protect employees name talk about it amongst themselves laughing and smirking as if this was a joke. It is not ok for someone to grab or touch you without consent. After calling the police & agreeing that I would get the man’s name from morning manager, still they refused his name the next day.
