"The Expedition Lodge was an excellent place to stay with kids and had a fun retro vibe. We appreciated the queen bunks enabling the entire family to have a bed. We enjoyed the heated pool/hot tub after a day of outdoor adventures. The game room and games in the lobby were fun for the whole family. The staff were responsive to our needs. The only slight issue we had was our room didn’t get serviced one day when we didn’t remove the do not disturb sign until 8:30am. The other thing to note is that there isn’t quite enough parking in the lot when the motel is full on the weekend. We would definitely stay again and it was nice to stay somewhere that wasn’t a boring chain."
