Castleton-on-Hudson seems to be on it's last legs. The villiage website explains the ongoing efforts to re-vitalize the businesses there.

When I checked out, they did not have my correct bill. I am still waiting for it; the person at the desk gave me a bill that was considerably less than what I was charged on by credit card. She was not helpful at all!
