“Pet friendly with good space for dog walking. Property was very clean, maybe a newly built Hampton Inn. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and much appreciated well lit.”

“Fantastic staff—professional, friendly, and genuine. The hotel is very clean and has everything we need, including internet, TV, a living area, and a kitchenette. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area.”

“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.”

“這是一間平價的連鎖飯店， 一開始我兒子女兒的浴缸堵塞住了， 櫃檯馬上換了一間新的房間給我們， 服務算很好， 但搞定小孩後，換我自己房間的鑰匙打不開， 重新做了二次的磁卡鑰匙， 還是無法開啟門鎖， 櫃檯人員不相信，又跟著我回房，在門口搞了很久， 最後終於打開了！ 至於隔天的早餐， 有土司、貝果、瑪芬、果醬， 飲料就果汁跟咖啡， 簡單到不行的早餐， 但相對它的住宿價格也不高， 只是順路的簡單過夜休息， 算是還不錯的了！”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……
