"we entered in a heat wave, guiseppe immediately offered the air conditioning, at a reasonable extra price. it is fairly new and very powerful which was essential at 40°C. the house is nice and has everything you need. we lived as a family of 5. the terrace was only useful later in the stay due to heat, but then it was lovely with a breeze and the grill. communication with Giuseppe and his wife was very friendly and they answered immediately to any request."

"Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected."

"Good communication with Rocco and very quick responses to questions. Rocco is a welcoming host and has a beautiful home. The pool is the star of the property with plenty of space to chill outside. The surrounding garden was immaculate and enhanced the beauty of the space. The property was very clean. The location was ideal with a supermarket nearby. The nearby town had bars, cafes, bakeries and a gelato shop. Ideally located to discover the nearby beaches. Rocco organised a boat trip for us to explore the caves. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, well-cared for property. We just completed a very relaxing month long stay at the property. Giuseppe and Patrizia were gracious and helpful hosts. There were several holidays during our stay and they gave us tips on what will be closed and open and to be sure to have reservations, etc. They could not have been more pleasant. The property is easily walkable to everything Santa Maria di Leuca has to offer. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this home. "

"Description was luxury villa. It was not. Pool was nice but wrong time of year for us to use. Very little furniture inside. One sofa in main room. No comfortable chairs. All IKEA slightly cheap furnishings. Mattresses were old on one bed. Our stay was for 2 weeks - were looking forward to cooking. No knives that could cut through anything. No hot water in the outdoor house for first 6 days. Towels with holes given to us. Was not a homely feel at all. Wouldn't take much to make it a whole lot better. "
