“I absolutely loved the view from the double doors in my room and its balcony, the comfortable bed, the silence between my room and others (I was only on floor 3 but it was very quiet), the grandeur of the hotel although it is almost like a slight pastiche of itself as some of it is a tiny bit jaded/faded. The carpet in my room and garishly tiled but classically designed bathroom are both approximately 40+ years old but I found really comforting as it reminded me of staying at my grandparents! ……

“位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。”

“入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。”
