“The staff was terrible there's one housekeeper that comes in your room without knocking they have a no cooking policy that they don't show or tell anyone just to charge you incidental fee.they have bad ants and roaches.”

“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things……

We met both the owner and manager; you can tell how serious they both are about customer service and the brand they've created at the colony house. If you enjoy attention to detail, great location in Roanoke, and staff that care about what they're doing, stay here. We would stay again of on the area!”
