“Unreal view and spot!”

“Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!”

“Aside from the initial contact that we had at reception, the staff was not that welcoming. We also had a couple of concerns about our room. One is there was a leak on our terrace that had been going on for some time from the pool area above. We pulled up the turf and the concrete underneath was covered in a black residue and there had been no rain there for months. We accidentally spilled something on the floor and so we ripped it up with the bath mat and the bath mat was v dirty which made us……

“The room was not what we expected. Should have been a room with an ocean view but view was only partial to the far right. No coffee in the room. Absolutely no place to put luggage. Luggage assistance didn’t exist until a nice staff member directed us to a luggage lift. We left 2 days early and requested a partial refund but thus far none has been given. Restaurant was crowded with bus travelers.”

“The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.”
