“Room was clean-ish. Staff was nowhere to be found. Pool is seasonal, I knew that but the gym was inaccessible as the access was through the office and no one was in the office most of the time so it was locked. The owners should change their amenities to reflect what they have and what they don’t off season”

“预定了顶层套房，设施齐全，带全套厨房及洗衣设施。但housekeeping 不细致，明明是带孩子出行，需要使用沙发床，但晚上临睡前才发现没有放任何沙发床所需床品，床单被子枕头什么都没有。立即联系酒店客服，也只是送来床单和很薄的毯子，晚上睡的极不舒服。服务意识非常一般。”

“Such a beautiful resort ! Gorgeous views from the room, heated pool is so warm! Love the hot tubs and the room. Bed is super comfortable and housecoats are amazing ! The only thing I could comment on negatively is the restaurant service, only 4 tables there and the service was so slow. Would also be nice if they had a breakfast option at the hotel so you could relax and not have to leave the resort. ”

“We stayed overnight while driving through. What a beautiful location. I would love to stay again so we could enjoy it more. Any staff we encountered were excellent. Room was clean. Specifically we noticed how clean the sheets and towels were. Rooms show some wear but was not an issue. Would stay here again. ”
