"This was a good location on our trip to NYC. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood but we felt safe. Check-in was easy. There was not a lot of sitting room for our group of 4, but that’s my fault for not realizing there wasn’t a living room. The kitchen is sparsely equipped, but we didn’t need much during our stay. "The staff was great. Room thermostats worked well. Great views. But the room was incompletely furnished. Bedroom had no nightstands and no reading lighting. TV connection to streaming channel selection was screwy. Passwords were rejected despite being correctly entered - twice (proof is that same pw worked on personal computer). No garbage cans in room at all. Some chain pulled blinds broken. Why locate microwave oven in compartment near floor?"
