“I don't recall seeing anything that said I'd have to climb 3 flights of antiquated stairs to get to the room I reserved. The toilet paper in the shared bathroom ran out and when I asked for more, the manager was surpised there wasn't anymore in the bathroom. She went to get another roll - and handed me a <1/2 roll of toilet paper! The towel I was given was clean, but thin and much used previously.”

“I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.”

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”
