"Nice property. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful. Organized yet dusty. I had to clean the bathrooms. Smells old when walking in home. Only 1 tv (living room) but no service without signing in to own accounts (not good) no washer and dryer (not good) overall a good home though. Communication with host was excellent."

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "We really appreciated this apartment while traveling with our toddler, who was quite overwhelmed by the city. It was such a quiet, spacious, calm place to return to. We could have used a curtain to better block the light for sleeping and a sharper knife (we must be the only people who cooked so much during a stay in NYC...as I said, our kiddo didn't love going out on the town), but other than that, the stay was perfect. "We were 11 people in this oasis. We appreciated the two floors and the two indoor parking spots. The property was very clean and well equipped. 2 showers and 3 restrooms were a must for 11. The property is about 15-20 minutes away by walk from North Elizabeth station. The train ride is about 30 minutes to NY Penn Station."
