Rock out on the porch rockers or sink into the Adirondacks and watch for the green flash at sunset on your private balcony. Added bonus, gulf views from your living and dining room! This two bedroom, two bathroom unit features a king sized bed in the master suite and a queen sized bed in the guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 4. Strict no smoking and no pets policy. Additionally, no children under 10 years old.

Seahorse Landing Condo Community features a pool, hot tub, private boardwalk over the gulf, private boat dock with fish cleaning station, boat wash area, and canoe/kayak launch area! Boat/trailer parking is on a first come, first serve basis. Each unit has one reserved vehicle parking space, while additional spaces are on a first come, first serve basis.

Peaceful get away
When we walked into the condo it open up out to the sea. It had everything and more items we needed. Very clean and the view was amazing. The pool and hot tub very clean and nice place to relax. We are already planning to come back.

Just amazing
The photos and other reviews do not do this place justice. We could have sat on the deck and looked out over the water for the rest of our lives. It is so peaceful. If you're like me and don't want to be right in the middle of the noise and hustle and bustle of the downtown area, stay here! It's a quick 5-to-10-minute walk to all the cafes, restaurants and bars. The furniture is comfortable and the place is well-maintained. They provided some coffee and coffee filters, which is always a big plus for me. I'd give it 20 stars if I could.

Condo on the Water
Condo was about .5 miles from restaurants and we were able to find a cute little coffee shop the first morning. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cool breeze. Beautiful sunsets.

So relaxing!
When we first checked in, there was a minor problem that Kaitlyn took care of immediately. And she did it with a great attitude, and a friendly and professional manner. We love that there is a good area to park your trailer and boat and a nice boat cleaning area too. The pool is very nice and we especially love The two water falls located on either side. The whole property, meaning the Fenimore property is well-maintained, and all visitors were very friendly and they too. We’re having a great time.
