" The view was spectacular and the place was very clean. The location was within walking distance to nearby restaurants. The owner was very responsive when I communicated them. The only issue I had was there is no elevator in the parking lot so you have to walk up the stairs to the ground floor from 4 levels below ground. "

"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. "What an amazing property! The location is close to everything. It was nice to hit the beaches in the morning and then hang out in the river in the afternoon. "The home was clean and our beds were comfortable. We arrived at the property late and left early but, not before enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch. It felt so great outside and the view was so peaceful - especially with a quick morning rain. Finding the place was challenging but, the host made sure to provide an alternative way to find it. Would stay again the next time that we are in the area. "

"I had to request location info from the host. When he sent the information he had sent instructions for how to get to the house as it is challenging to get too. An address/pin was not provided so we were unable to put the location into GPS & when we asked locals for directions they stated that you needed the pin information. "The hotel is beautiful! The buffet breakfast option has great selection but a bit pricey if you’re not someone that eats a ton. This hotel is a bit far from the airport and city so plan around transportation and/or rent a car. "

The Royal Sonesta San Juan

"After looking at a number of places to stay for our 20th anniversary, we settled on the Royal Sonesta. This place was absolutely amazing, very nice and clean, with kind and welcoming staff. It's right on the beach, with loungers and umbrellas available for hotel guests. There's a bar and restaurant right on the beach as well. The food and drinks were very good, and the swim up bar was nice once it reopened 5 days into our 7 days stay. If I were to note some areas for improvement, I would start with the refrigerator in our room. It kept freezing items we put into it, even at the lowest setting. Meals and drinks at the hotel proved to be too expensive for us after only a few days, so we stopped at a grocery store for supplies. However we ended up with frozen yogurt and fruit in the morning after placing those items in the refrigerator. The USB ports built into the furniture also did not work for charging at all. Additionally only 2 of the 3 elevators worked the entire time we were there. Beyond that, I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Every staff member I met was warm and kind, our room and all the facilities were clean and beautiful with so much greenery around."

San Juan Airport Hotel

"Nice clean room. Situated within the airport. One complaint. The handicapped rail is between the toilet and sink. It's connected to the floor in two places. My wife hit the floor connector with her toes and possibly broke one of the toes. The TV setup sucks not being able to find the listed channels."
