“The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question. We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.”

“The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.”

“Room was clean but there was a weird smell when we entered. We got some snacks and air freshener at the dollar tree and it was ok. Ac worked great and the beds were comfortable. We didnt use the pool cause there was some weird guy lurking around and we were 3 females.. decent stay for the price but some of the people around were a bit sketch.”
