The location was close to plenty of food options and not far from shoppings centers and the mall. “We had a great stay at this property. The house is large and everyone had their own space. Beds are comfortable. The view is beautiful. Swimming and floating off of the dock was a lot of fun. The house has paddle boards and kayaks which we enjoyed. Communication with property manager was great. We also played some of the games that were provided with the house. We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our next visit. ”

“Booked this for a teenager birthday who was going to new ampitheater for a concert. Location is good - right across from alabama theater. Very good kitchen - with all the extras - trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Beds were super comfortable Would stay here again - the only drawback is parking. There is room for one small car in garage (key word - small) Then parking in paid lot next door. Paid parking was a pain due to not being able to book more than 12 hours at a time. “Great place to stay. Clean. Safe. Host communicated well. Parking is private. I had no problems. WiFi password is all lowercase despite what is in listed in the app.Couches are couches, not futons from what I could tell. Thankfully my friends slept on them, not me haha.I would stay there again.”

“This property was the most nasty place i have ever been, there was blood on the floor on the walls. Blood on the outside of the property. It was in an unsafe area they were shooting. Rats were under the stove. I would not let my dog sleep there. When we called and complained they did nothing so we did not stay we left. It was shameful. The property manager was rude and disrespectful. This home is not safe!!!!!”

“Upon arriving the first impression is a wow, and then you immediately notice how every nook and cranny is so clean. There was never a bored moment, even for our teenagers, The pool, slide, fishing dock, kayaks, paddle boat, games, pool table, air hockey, books, piano, and large yard were used by all. The kitchen is stocked to the max with pots, pans, and every other kitchen gadget you can think of. The supply of beach towels was impressive and most useful. We had a wonderful time!”
