“What a pleasant surprise! When I realised that the hotel, conveniently located for the Lindor/East bus terminal, was in a shopping mall I feared the worst. But it was great! Staff were all very friendly (with impeccable English), room was very large and I had no issues at all. And of course if you want to go shopping you have two malls on your doorstep!”

“This place was awesome. The staff was top notch and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was really good. Nice pool. I stayed longer than expected, as I was enjoying my stay! Great for TIA airport access, with shuttle available. The only negative may be if you want easy access to the Tirana city center, it may be a bit out. Otherwise, it's a great choice!”

“Die Zimmer und auch die Umgebung waren sehr sauber. Alle haben sich sehr bemüht. Das Hotel fand ich wirklich toll. Ganz erschreckend fand ich allerdings die Haltung der Kühe. Sie wurden an den Hörnern angebunden und hatten Bewegung im Radius von einem Meter. Tierquälerei kann ich nicht unterstützen und würde deshalb nicht nochmal kommen.”

“The room was spacious, clean and no outside noise. The staff are super nice and help with whatever problem/question you have. It is a bit outside of the city, having a car would be better if you stay here. The neighbourhood is calm and the people very friendly. We paid for two balcony rooms but were given two standard - didn't see the point in notifying the staff as looking at the balcony from the outside, they don't look like they would have added any value to the experience. There is no air conditioning in the hallways - open your room door to a wall of heat! Location - is too far from the city for tourists and too out the way for business.
