Coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket close by. One complaint we had was the sound of trains underneath the hotel, although we did get used to this, and the trains did not run all night. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant had a very limited menu. We did not sample the breakfast buffet but chose to visit restaurants in the area." Bit tricky to find the car park entry - no directions in online booking info, other than street address. I had to call reception to ask. And no parking spaces marked "Quest", so unsure where to park; again had to check with Reception. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was a little hard for my liking, but other than that was OK. Only issue I had was a male housekeeping staff member tapping lightly on the door while I was dressing in the bathroom and then barging into the room while my husband was sleeping and I was standing there half dressed. Rather than immediately realising his error and exiting the room, he stood there with the door open asking me if I wanted towels or any room items when I he could clearly see someone was asleep and I was only dressed from the waist down. That wasn't a great experience and would put me off staying again, particularly if alone."
