“This stay was disappointing and unsafe. We left shortly after arriving due to our concerns. *Hot tub nonfunctional: The hot tub was prominently featured in this listing's title description. It was a primary reason we booked this listing. When we arrived, it was empty and gross. I triple-checked the listing to confirm there were no date restrictions; it was listed as active at the time we booked **and** arrived. When I messaged the host about this, he (eventually) sent me a screenshot of a note……

“It was a great escape. Our attractions were ranged from 20 minutes away to 60 minutes. Easy to get back to when needing a break. My son is cognitively disabled and sensitive to noise, cabin was ideal for us. Eating out is stressful for us and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing our simple meals.”

“We stayed at camping cabin four for two nights. The cabin was close to Nashville and Brown County State Park where we spent most of our time. The cabin needs a bit of work. The days were warm, but we couldn’t keep the windows open because there were no screens. There were a lot of stink bugs and lady bugs about.”

Bed wasn’t that comfortable (hard mattress) and we found some trash and a shirt that looked like someone used for private time under a mattress (we disposed of it). But overall it was very homey feeling and we most likely will go again but use an air mattress. We did like they had out houses and there where lights so if you had to go to the bathroom at night you could see where your going and around you. To shower at the bathhouse you have to pay for it. ……

“Really cool place! The cabin is very minimalist but that’s exactly what we were looking for! Comfortable, A/C worked perfectly, property is clean and well maintained. We definitely will be coming back we loved it! ”

“Everything was great, although the Hot Tub was not working. We went to try it out on our last night there but the temperature was 75 (uggh) despite the tub looking like it was set to 102...Great view from the screened-in porch so we could check out the lake without any bugs...!”

“We had an awesome time visiting. We stayed in cabin 12 for the weekend , our cabin had heatin,ac a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets. There was a first responders event going on so we got live music all day and food trucks! Your 10 minutes from Nashville and 15 to Brown county state park!”
