I would have liked for him to care a little more and want to help.Place was clean and presented as expected. The place is more for a couple than a family. King bed was comfortable. ”

“The host communicated all arrival and departure instructions very clearly and initiated the conversation. I found that very helpful so I wasn't waiting for answers as I have with previous hosts. The house was very clean and cozy! She provided coffee and a few snacks for our enjoyment. The house has many essentials in it that were helpful also. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money……
