Washing machine/dryer in bathroom, everything you need in the kitchen & great air con in both the bedroom and living area. Walking distance to the Main Street & a plethora of great pubs (The American is across the road). You really don’t need a car to get around town from this location. 10/10”

“The room clean, tidy and just the right size for one or two people. Air conditioning worked well as did the tv. Grateful that the room had an iron too! The owners were kind, helpful and respectful of my privacy. Great location, easy to find. I have already planned my next stay!”

“Welcome back to 1980 decor. First room A/C was not operational. Room 2 A/C was just ok on a 36c afternoon. Needs a major update old incandecant light globes at 25w barely lite the room. ”

“The whole place is a little run down, bed wasn't very comfortable and the fridge didn't work. Ok for an overnight stay.”

If you are already travelling into Echuca-Moama by car or any private motor means, the extra 5 minutes it takes to go in and out of town, doesn't outweigh the excellent facilities and peace of mind they deliver. 10 out of 10, will come again with more friends and would stay longer. Definitely my new go-to stay when I'm in the area.”
