"The villa is amazing. It is beautifully situated, very spacious and complete. Stunning sea view. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. 5 minute drive to the supermarket, 15 minutes to Cefalù. We booked a private chef lunch with Maria via the owner. We highly recommend this; it was delicious!"

"The property was clean, comfortable and the owners were very flexible and accommodating. Over all, we had a fantastic stay. The beach is walkable, as is the train station, but you really need a car for everything else. Nice yard and outdoor kitchen. We were just not aware that the kitchen and one bathroom area did not connect to the living room, bedroom and other bathroom area. We needed to go outside to go in between. This was only really an issue when it was raining. Also, the wifi was not very strong but that was ok. We made it work. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there."

"The breakfast was a real treat, plenty of options all freshly prepared. Our hosts Maria and Francesco, couldn’t do enough for us. They even made dinner two nights as some other guests were without transport. It was really delicious & the wine was very reasonable! The room was lovely, a good size and comfy with a powerful shower & their own products in the bathroom. The outside space was also great for a little drink in the evening. The onsite dog was also a big hit with us! We enjoyed every minute of this stay and would recommend to anyone! It’s close to Cefalu and easy to get into Palermo; although definitely would recommend having a car!"

"Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden view mainly a bunch of pebbles and a row of scruffy trees … we had to leave "

"The property is absolutely superb tucked away Inbetween olive groves on a private estate. The property is secure and secluded and you can really relax. The views are out of this world. The property has been sympathetically restored & is functional. The aircon is much needed & very welcomed. We were welcomed by the owner who was kind and informative. He gave us lovely olive oil. We also had fresh towels and bed linen halfway through our holiday which was good. Access in and out was secure behind an electronic gate so you fekt very safe. The location is great not far from two good supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and refuse holds all within 8 minutes. You can use the local train station Campofelice (it’s about 5 mins away & you can park for free in large carpark) to travel to Cefalù one way or Palermo the other way. The trains are clean, timely and efficient. The property is in a good location to drive inland or to Agrigento (3 hrs) for example. Go to Sperlinga and visit the castle in the rock. It is stunning, quiet and a lovely drive through Sicily. The road networks are easy. Only negatives I’d say would be there are loads of wasps around the property which is usual in Sicily. We had a lovely 10 days stay. Thank you. "
