“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……
“From dealing with Maribel in the beginning then with Araceli, the customer service was out of this world, the property was in excellent shape, the area safe to walk and plenty of transportation is availabe around the area”
“Quarto novo, limpo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel não está no centro histórico, porém, fica muito próximo, 15 a 20 minutos caminhando da plaza de armas.”
“Muito agradável o local, entregou tudo que prometeu atendentes bem educados, cafe ok, faltou agua por dois dias foi ruim pois chegamos as vezes de lugares com terra cansado mas tirando isso foi muito bom e tranquilo ”
“This hotel is a little walk to the historical center but not too bad. The altitude is something you need to watch and many people get the headache and low oxygen saturation levels so you need to take it easy Day 1 and let your body acclimate. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……
“Room is clean, beds are confortable. Staff is friendly! Their strongest points are wifi (the fastest I’ve had in Peru so far) and shower (consistent hot water and good pressure).”
“Atenas runs a great small inn. Close to historical sites and ten minutes from the main square, five minutes to the central market. Rooms are a little cozy, but modern with nice fixtures and a roomy shower. Even though this is close to the historical center, the rooms back on a courtyard and are very quiet. Great breakfast and small common area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
“Un hotel cómodo y familiar. Muy atentos y serviciales, se siente más como alojarse en una casa. Lo único a mejorar es el internet en las habitaciones.”
“Excellent service. 3-year old facility, looks brand new, squeaky clean.
Location is uphill and away from restaurants, shops, central sightseeing, so we relaxed and ate in the hotel restaurant that was surprisingly good; thanks to a previous reviewer who recommended the excellent pumpkin soup.
Really nice facility, great value for the money.”
“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”
“The hotel is in the historic centre of Cusco, not far from the main attractions in the old town. The room is cosy and comfortable. However, there is some problem with the hot water supply as it goes out very fast.”
"Good location. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties and starts from 3:00am. Free airport shuttle bus service is an advantage."
