Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

Potvrzená rezervace, ale žádný pokoj.

Když jsme kolem osmé večer přijeli unavení na hotel s potvrzenou rezervací tak na recepci nikdo nebyl. Zavolal jsem na číslo, kde jsem se velmi lámanou vietnamočeštinou dozvěděl od pána, že mám čekat "přijedu za půl hodina , promiň čekej". Zachvilku mi volal zpět a sdělil mi "ale já nemám pokoj pro tebe". Řekl jsem, že mám potvrzenou rezervací, ale on pořád dokola že nemá volný pokoj a že mám čekat. Když jsem se ptal na co mám tedy čekat když pokoj nemá a jestli tu bude i někdo s kým lze komunikovat, tak stále jen opakoval, "promiň, nemám pokoj". Nakonec jsme se rozhodli dále nečekat a spát jinde. Velmi negativní zkušenost.
