"Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). Plenty of parking and the location to the promenade and shops were excellent."

"View is great. Beds are comfortable. The sun comes in full on the back deck- which is great for morning coffee. The sun is full on the front deck which is great for sunsets. The full view of the water from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom is wonderful. Of note… the only plates and bowls available for renters are made of melamine which is not suitable for microwaves. Also, the very nice host, William, stays in a camper in the back yard. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this home but think it’s important to share these details. "

"I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment."
