“The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places .”

“Check in was terrible n the host was not around as promised. Suite was very dirty, shower was broken, bidet was leaking,, cockroach was all over the place n small insects, smoke smell n smoke buds in the garbage can. No toilet paper, no shampoo as it said when we booked the property. I would not recommend anyone to this property. I was not happy at all. What it showed in the picture when we booked was nothing like that when we checked in.”

“The property was acceptable and has some desirable qualities. The building entrance has guards, and you need a card to be able to press a floor on the lift. Each stairwell access also requires the key card. Almost everyone politely would hold the gate open for the side entrance. This means if a person just waited for someone else to use the key card, they could get into the property. Once inside, I do not think there is any serious mischief possible, so I feel safe there. “Location is excellent and the unit has great potential, but some misteps by management spoiled our stay. Check-in instructions were clear, and the area is great for walking or short Grab rides to KL attractions. However, the apartment’s condition was disappointing. Photos obviously very old and not updated .The bedding was very worn, pillows unusable and replacements requested arrived damp. The sofa cushions constantly slipped, held only by an elastic cover.
