"Excelent"

"We had one of the worst rooms we've ever stayed in. I"m sure they must have had at least a few nicer rooms, but ours was atrocious. The shower had no hot water the first day and no hot water in the sink. The bed was old and not comfortable and it did not even have a chair to sit on. The grounds were lovely and the staff young and friendly but inexperienced. Our room ruined the whole stay."

"I liked this hotel. The scenery of the lake and swimming pools/outdoor areas are spectacular and the meals are first class. Very much an upscale setting and worthy of a corporate event. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating for a couple of changes I needed. The hotel is very well kept for an older-style hotel. Only one complaint: I like a hard mattress, but my bed felt like a rock. I mean, the absolute hardest mattress I have ever slept on."

"The description says they have a temascal and when I got there I asked about it and they said it has been out of comition for years."

"The hotel was great, large rooms with plenty of space for us, excellent breakfasts every day. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is close to everything and staff are excellent and very helpful. "
