"This lovely apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed (apart from a toaster but that might be just an English thing) We stayed for 53 nights with our dog. Comfy bed. Lovely little balcony. Washing machine. Great quiet location with excellent bus service to other parts of the island..note..the buses are not dog friendly. Will definitely return."

"What a great apartment on a really lovely complex! The really lovely treat of Leonardo picking us up from the airport to take us directly to the apartment was very welcome and saved lots of stress after the flight. "This property ticked the boxes we wanted, which was a property at a good price and access to a 25m training pool for our kids, that swim. "We had a lovely week in this apartment - our 3rd visit! Very clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. Location is excellent for a quiet and relaxing holiday but with all facilities close by. "Great modern apartment in a lovely quiet complex. Close to all Puerto del Carmen has to offer. We loved to chill on the balcony in the evening sun! Would just say though that it not the right complex if you have any mobility issues…. Approximately 100 steps from the promenade up to the apartment so we got plenty of daily exercise!! Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. "The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "
