“Nice overnight stay at a hotel that is well maintained despite the surrounding outlet center being nearly completely shut down. It makes for an extra quiet stay but hope the other businesses recover. Very comfortable bed and clean room with a nice hot breakfast bar though the juices were watered down”

“My room had several spots of hidden black mold that I found after waking up with severe congestion and a headache. Not healthy or safe and definitely gross. When I went to report this issue, no manager or other staff was available to speak to at the front desk. I had to speak with somebody on the cleaning crew and they had me email pictures to the location email, but no response was ever made and I had to check out online without resolution of this issue.
