No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Decent sized leak in the ceiling that actively leaked when the room above us showered in the morning. Room was nice sized and clean. Check in was at 4pm, staff did try to get us early check in at 2pm but were unable to, which obviously was not a problem. Otherwise the room was nice.

Rooms were clean. Dinner at southern kitchen was amazing. Staff members were friendly and very helpful. 15 minutes walk to World of Coca Cola , aquarium, and 5 star restaurants.

Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was amazing. Little put off by $10 water in the lobby, maid service every other day, crazy price for parking and the lack of room service. Room was nice and recently refurbished. Just my opinion but I hate this modern brutalist style of hanging tables, all angles everywhere and the mattress hovering over a small bedframe. That’s everywhere now though.

Free breakfast? Didn’t know about that, but highly recommend the chicken & waffle room service menu! Valets were so courteous, front desk super helpful, and everyone was so polite—except one bartender. He knows who he is. The building is absolutely gorgeous, and if you are in the area this is the one to see. It as a block and a half away from my conference hall, and closer still to the MARTA. You could hear that throughout the night in the 5th floor, but a sound machine helped enormously. Luxurious walk-in shower, comfy bed and the *best* in-room cappuccino maker I’ve ever seen.
