Good customer service. My only issue are the room dont smell good, bathroom shower not working, bathroom in general is outdated and not so clean. Carpet seem dirty. Need a lot of improvement.

If you are looking for a charming, historic hotel that makes you feel like you have stepped back in time- this is the one. Being served on the veranda sitting in comfy chairs and admiring the giant magnolias = perfection. The staff is wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was just right. Sadly, no ghosts visited us, but maybe next time.

I enjoy my stay. The hotel was very clean, quiet, in a great location. Restaurant was next to the hotel in walking distance. Great location! The staff was very friendly and professional. You will enjoy your stay at this location.

Breakfast was a little light

The staff was nice and they had a big storm the night before we got in and they were still able to accommodate our early check in. They offered their conference room to my family because it was so many of us gathered in the lobby but due to the storm it was soaking wet. The rooms were very cold or very hot; there was no middle ground. I personally feel it could have been cleaner but it was not dirty. My parents switched their room because there were bugs(not bedbugs), it was prolly those flying ants and it freaked my mom out. Check in and out were easy. Ice was the best thing about it all.
