Property and rooms were poorly maintained and unsafe (locks would not bolt due to being cut off and/or purposely misaligned, multiple other guests wandering the halls appeared to by under the influence, and smoke alarms were disengaged and just laying on top of the furniture.) Various bodily fluids and live ticks in the bed sheets. Light switches didn’t work. Strong smoke smell throughout the building. Arranged for a new room after being placed in a smoking room despite request, but room was in a similar poor state. I booked this trip because my air conditioning at home went out, so I will say that at least the air conditioning inside the room was a blessing. Overall, a horrifying experience. My husband was unable to sleep at all due to the disgusting state of the room. Checked out a day early from my two day booking and still waiting on Expedia to process request for a refund a week later. Very unusual experience for Expedia.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room I was in had an odor and little tiny like gnats flying around. Kept the a/c on very cold throughout the day this seemed to help with the gnats. I purchased a lot of Febreze and a glade wall plug to control the odor. We were gone most of the day, but at night the premises is very quiet. I was able to sleep peacefully which is an A+ for me. Other than that, I really have no complaints. I will be staying again.
