“There was no water pressure. The shower had hair in it when we arrived. The toilet rocked, it was not anchored to the floor correctly. The A/C would not go below 75°, I had it set to 60°. The breakfast was horrible.
The only thing that was satisfactory was the staff. They were very nice and accommodating.”

“The Days Inn by Wyndham in Covington was not up to the standards of other Days Inn facilities I’ve stayed at. It’s an old hotel that is somewhat run down and not particularly clean. The bottom of my white socks turned black from walking across the room only a few times without shoes. On the second day of my 4-day stay, the floor was apparently mopped with a dirty mop and was sticky and smelled bad for the remainder of my stay. “My family of 5 had a good experience staying at Hampton Inn. Staff were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. We had a plumbing situation and the managers were prompt in rerooming us and even extended to us an extra room at no additional cost. Breakfast was adequate-there was something available for everyone to choose from. We would definitely stay here again!”
