"This hotel exceeded our expectations! Many airport hotels are basic and disappointing. The Sheraton at Charlotte airport was beautiful with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and the bar area had ample seating. Although we didn't use it, there was also a nice pool area.
We would definitely stay here again!"
"Big convention there blew the place up for 2 nights. Staff great. Location not good for walkability to bars and restaurants. Convenient to airport and freeway. Parking good, pool good. No hot tub."
"We had a great stay at the Moxy but there was a situation I want to make other guests aware of. There was a DJ playing on the rooftop one of the nights we were staying. My husband wanted to go up to the bar to grab a drink before we went to grab dinner and he was told he was not allowed to go to the bar as a paying hotel guest without paying $10 for the DJ show. They were extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire thing. Please fix this issue."
