I liked the eco friendly toiletries that are in dispensers not plastic bottles. Also real glasses not plastic cups. The bedspreads are washable not like some hotels bedspreads that look like they are rarely cleaned.

The hotel and room was very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice. We stayed in a king suite and it was very spacious. Check out was at 12pm and house keeping was knocking at 11am and when i didnt answer they opened the door luckily i had the chain on it. I think it was the housekeeping supervisor and she was rude.
