The only thing I didn't like was I was seated in the middle seat with a crying 7 month old directly next to me. And the second flight, I was seated next to a heavy smoker that smelled pretty bad.

I had received notice that they were looking to give vouchers for a bump on our flight. I arrived at the airport very early (for a different reason) and offered to get on the earlier Atlanta flight that day(not for a voucher just to help out). The gal at the kiosk said to move me would be an additional charge to me! You would have saved a $400 voucher and I would have had a less tight connection in Atlanta so Delta lost out. I was satisfied either way so my trip was according to Hoyle.

The agent that met my flight in Atlanta was a horrible person - my connecting gate was very far- I tried to tell her I recently had spine surgery & needed help- she blew me off & asked the person behind me if they needed help!!! I managed to find a nice woman with an empty wheelchair that took me A to C43 and saved me- & I have a First Class ticket- Kathy a Kesler
