“Room was a little loud (running air/furnace even when not running).”

“Had an issue with a low battery in one of our rooms late at night. Front desk person was only person on site. Had to change to another room at midnight because she couldn't figure out getting it to stop (yes, she changed the battery). Also, had I known the pool wasn't available due to renovations (since December 15, 2025? and didn't look like any work had even begun), I would not have stayed for 4 days. Breakfast food was basic (artificial scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy) every……

“It was ok but they want you to take your dog with you and the people all way come plan about the dog the money you paid for the room you could leave the dogs”

“Courteous and friendly staff. Always said hello when arriving or leaving.”

“Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when we couldn’t access a particular TV channel we wanted to watch on our room TV, immediately coming to our room to help troubleshoot. I appreciate the kitchenette with full size frig and stove top when visiting Green Bay for the Bellin Run. Location is awesome for this event as well!”

“Rooms very nice and comfortable. Food at restaurant was exceptionally good. Only suggestion is to have signage by the elevators to direct you to rooms so you don’t have to walk from one side of the hotel to the other side.”

“The top portion of the hot tub, above the tiles (the cement portion) appeared to have some black mold? ”

“I never got to check in. The door to office was open but staff was nonexistent. I rang the bell several times. I called the motel from my cell several times all to no avail. It will become a problem if I end up paying for the stay that didn't happen.”

“The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend.”

“The hotel was well kept and clean. All the pillows were too thick and firm for my liking. I would stay again.”

“Hot tub was not in service. Pool was nice but hours were very limited. 9am-9pm, which did not afford early leavers to get in a morning swim. Sink was visibly clogged with good. Staff were friendly and helpful.”
