A place close to everywhere

Este fin de semana tuvimos el placer de hospedarnos en Mansión Mérida, y fue una experiencia verdaderamente inigualable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo el equipo nos recibió con una amabilidad excepcional y una atención impecable. Las habitaciones son premium, elegantemente decoradas y perfectamente equipadas, ofreciendo comodidad y lujo en cada detalle. El restaurante es hermoso, con un ambiente encantador, y la comida simplemente deliciosa. Quiero dar un agradecimiento muy especial a Raúl Casares, quien personalmente nos atendió y compartió con nosotros la fascinante historia de la mansión, una propiedad con más de 200 años de historia, transmitiendo con pasión y orgullo el legado de este lugar tan especial. Además, su ubicación es inmejorable: está en el corazón del centro histórico de Mérida, cerca de todo, lo que hace la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos una y otra vez. Gracias por una estancia inolvidable.

Hotel is good as well staff, location is great, no in the center off downtown but close enough (3 blocks from plaza grande), breakfast was good enough if you don’t want to go and about on empty stomach.

The room is gorgeous is one off the best room the I have stayed in.

When we arrived at San Antonio Millet, we were amazed by the impressive sights of the hacienda (and the fact that we were the only guests for the entire time of our visit). The photos on the site do not do justice to the beauty of the property. The hacienda has been perfectly restored to the period making a stay there almost like a travel back in time. The personnel is composed of people who are locals of the small village around the hacienda, and who have been working there for years. It felt like we had come to family, as they treated us as such. We had long conversations with Angel and Jesús, the ladies who took care of our breakfasts and keeping our room were lovely to us. We had incredible breakfasts that changed every day and were prepared with skills and care. We enjoyed the gardens, the pools and the property with its incredible surroundings. There are bikes available, TV's in the living areas, a huge recreation room, all surrounded by the sounds of the rain forest. The bathroom adjacent to our room is indescribable, with Ferregamo amennities and plenty of fresh towels every day. Every need (such as insect-spray) is anticipated. I recommend this hacienda amply and consider this place and its keepers as responsible for one of the most remarkable experiences I have had in over 30 years of travels around the world. Thank you!
