“Recibí la habitación y la regadera estaba sucia, se ve que alguien había usado la regadera antes de entregarme la habitación y nadie revisó. quise llegar a descansar pero junto a la habitación esta el Bar del hotel que es abierto sin paredes, así que mi cama estaba junto a la bocina del karaoke. En el buscador te aparece que estas en Puerto Progreso y está a 25 minutos del Puerto en Carro. Mala experiencia”

“En recepción te señalan que es un hotel boutique y te cobran $4,200 por noche y en verdad es PÉSIMO, en un completo FRAUDE. Es un establecimiento acaso de 1 estrella que carece de toallas de manos en las habitaciones, caja fuerte que no sirve, limpieza paupérrima, no tiene regadera en playa para quitar la arena del cuerpo, en verdad parece una casa de huéspedes. El personal de recepción grosero y absurdo y justifica esos precio por solo estar frente a la playa. Lo sorprendente es que expedía lo……

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.”
