“Excelente, muy recomendable!”

“We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming……

“Excelente lugar”

“The room has no refrigerator. There is no ice on property. We met some people on the rooftop terrace that said the hotel loaned them a cooler. We asked if they had one on Sunday night, thinking that there might be a better chance to get one since it was slower, but no. We iced our things in a converted trash can. The staff was very kind. Our room, #1 was right next to the office and the street and the restaurant. So noisy in the morning. The hotel was 2 blocks from the beach. Staff is……

“GRAN LUGAR, INMEJORABLE PERSONA, UBICACION, TODO ES PERFECTO, ME ENCANTO LA PERRITA Y LOS GATITOS, ES UN LUGAR HERMOSO Y CALIDO, ENCUENTRAS TODO ALREDEDOR. MARAVILLA.”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……
