“There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very……

“Great apartment set in Kerrytown. Very clean and has everything you would want in an apartment including a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and very nice.”

“The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Very convenient in the heart of the campus.”

“Kolanjo was a wonderful host. He is very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is very close to the Big House-- you can actually see it from out in front of the apt building, which was great given we were going to a game the weekend we were visiting. The apartment itself was ample size for me, my husband and daughter. My daughter's bedroom had a code on the door allowing one to either make the apt a two bedroom or one……

“Absolutely fantastic place, and a wonderful host, simply incredible and the top of my list for rebooking next time.10/10 would recommend!”

“The apartment is in an ideal location for so many restaurants and shops to enjoy Ann Arbor. It appears to be recently updated and the finish-out was beautiful. The host was highly communicative and responsive. It was ideal for a UM game weekend, and we hope to stay there again.”

“Great location! Clean, spacious. Comfy beds”

“The apartment was clean upon arrival. The host was responsive and addressed a few issues we had with the blinds. Nice and safe covered parking. Shopping and food within 5-15 minute walks. 5-7 drive to U of M. Kitchen had the basic cooking items. One bedroom faced an alley with a bar & which had live music on several nights on the weekends, which could be somewhat noisy to sleep in that bedroom. The gym met our basic workout needs. ”

“Everything was great! Awesome populated area of Ann Arbor! Felt safe and everything was walkable. Bars across the street were loud at night, but basically like white noise and we slept fine. Would definitely stay again!”
