"The hotel itself was good and front desk staff were amazing! The bar/restaurant customer service on the other hand was a different story (with the exception of our waitress when we came for breakfast). 3 different times we were treated like we were annoying or ignored when approaching the host desk to get a table or ask a question about the coffee bar. If we stay again, we will not be visiting the restaurant/bar."

"The comforter on one of the beds was stained ... On entry we noticed the ceiling light did not work. Called and spoke with Ahmed who was going to report it to engineers. It was never fixed. Not sure if it was bulb or the switch itself ... Right side of bathroom countertop had many little dark stains that looked like makeup or paint. It did not wipe off, but it did scratch off with a spoon and some effort. Also, we really liked that east wing, but at night it was very dark in that parking lot. Creepy! Outside that east tower entry are two trashcans that were full to overflowing during our entire stay. Smelly! My daughter and I were very comfortable in the room and loved the view. We got to see the eclipse from our balcony and it was amazing. We will stay here again and will recommend this establishment to our friends. I just hope that these little hiccups can be better attended to."

"This was our first stay at an Oxford Suites and it turned out to be very pleasant. We were there for only one night but we enjoyed a number of features. Although we didn't use any of the close-by restaurants and shops had we wanted to there were a number of good options. We arrived around 8:00pm - upon check we were informed the bar on the lower level (the first floor) was open for another hour and that we had two complementary coupons (one each) for a glass of beer or wine - a pleasant feature since we'd been in the car for 16 hours. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and nice pillows. The refrigerator was of sufficient size to keep all the food we had in our cooler so it was nice and cold for the start of the remainder of our trip. Based on this exerience I would stay here again when we pass through next time."

"This was a favorite! Very dorm like setting I appreciated that there was a bedroom for each of us! Really cute really clean and easy check in! I even bought a crocheted blanket on my way out! The sewing shop is a wonderful addition to this beautiful little place. Also after checking in it made be look up the history of this beautiful little building. It’s worth the google!"

"Bed was very comfortable, so used to horrible hotel beds, this was a very nice surprise. Parking was outrageously expensive but lot appeared safe and sound."
