Our location is convenient to everything. The train depot & Bryson City is less than a mile and the Nat Park is 1 mile. Apt is 100% private & 1200 sqft.

Apt sleeps 6. Apt has 2 Bedrooms one with a King Bed, one with a full bed, and there is a twin daybed w/twin trundle bed below in the Living Room. 2 Full Baths. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that has been converted to a shower and the other has shower/tub combo. Apt has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher.

Apt. has 2 private "covered" parking spaces under a metal carport and an additional uncovered space if needed.

Completely private, with 2-3 parking spaces. Private Back Deck and access to large flat yard and front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location on Deep Creek where if you turn right out of the driveway the National Park with tubing and waterfalls is roughly a mile and if you turn left the the train depot and town of Bryson City is less than a mile. Additionally, the local rec center with a pool, playground, and walking trails is a couple hundred yards away.

Amazing 5/5!
This was the best stay we’ve had. It was clean, relaxing, cozy, and the environment was just lovely. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and everything worked great. The only thing I’d be careful of is the steps going up the porch got a bit slippery when it frosted in the morning. But aside from that it was perfect, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great stay every time!
We really enjoy every stay at Apt #2. We try to go every year. The apartment is cozy and the eat in kitchen is great. The owner has always been really quick to respond and very helpful. Its location is close to town but nice and quiet. I highly recommend!

Nice accommodations. Bed was soft but comfortable. Just outside of town, 5 minutes from train. Stay was too short to check out fishing areas. Bryson looks real interesting, will have to come back in the Spring. Will stay here again.

Pleasantly Surprised
We had booked to ride the train, but the tickets were canceled because of work that needed to done to the tracks. We decided to come on up and enjoy the fall leaves without the train ride. The house was better than expected! The owner was up front with any small issues, and they were not an issue, at all. The apartment has handmade furniture throughout, and was nice. When we plan another trip to Bryson City, we will definitely keep this at the top of the list of affordable places to stay.

Good area. Close to scenic railway, fishing and casual dining. Lots of room. Furnished non-stick frying pans coating peeling and need to be replaced. Would definitely stay again.

Mold in both bathrooms. Weird smell throughout the apartment. The neighbors were very loud and inconsiderate from the moment they arrived. Electricity was out for 5 hours.

Nothing but good comments Place was very central to Bryson City Smokey Mountain Rail Road and just an 1 and 30 minutes away from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and about 45 minutes to the top of the great Smokey mountains. Clean and Spacious for great value Josh was awesome always available. He even decorated with a Christmas Tree Two thumbs up and five star review on our part

Wonderful apartment and owner
My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. We felt like we were at home. We loved how close we were to Bryson City. We enjoyed the electric fireplace, the recliners, and the deck. Josh always answered very quickly thru the VRBO app when I had questions. Can’t wait to go back!

The master bed had a terrible sag in the center of the bed upon further looking into the problem because it was horribly uncomfortable we discovered a floor jack under the bed to hold up the broken bed frame. This is just not acceptable. People rent places to stay to get a good night's sleep. If I could upload the picture I would.never again.

Best Place Yet
My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO and Airbnb places and this one takes the cake, i.e. it's the best yet! We're glad we found this place. Great location, accommodations, and price for all the house with spacious rooms you get, it is unbeatable. We highly recommend this place!
